It all began when Mark and I met through mutual friends at our church. Mark and his roommates held weekly game nights at their house and that's where we really hit it off. We soon became friends and started hanging out with each other weekly. Even when we were dating other people, we still found time to see each other. This went on for about 3 years. When a time came where we were both single, we decided that we would take a chance on each other and start dating for good. We started dated in November 2013 and Mark proposed in March 2014. We were then married for time and all eternity in the Logan Utah Temple on June 28th 2014. 
Our first year of marriage we lived in Logan Utah because at the time, I was still attending Utah State University. In August of 2015 we purchased our first home. We have grown to love Northern Utah and the people who live here. Our community is great and our neighbors are wonderful. We love the fun activities our town has to offer such as movies in the park, fireworks, the pool, movie theater, and the many community parks. 
We feel that we have been led towards adoption. We have tried to grow our family on our own for the past few years without success. After much prayer and many answers, we knew we were meant to adopt and start our family.  We were blessed enough to adopt our sweet daughter Sophie in 2020.  She has brought so much joy to our lives and we are so in love with her cuteness! We would love to make Sophie a big sister and are excited to adopt again!  We are thrilled to begin this new journey with you!
